What was supposed to become true?
Organizations needed to see the risks created between AI components—not receive another opinion about a model in isolation.
The diagnostic premise
A capable model can still participate in an unsafe system.
Failure can emerge in orchestration, retained state, delegated authority, permissions, integrations, missing evidence or the absence of a reliable way to stop and retest the system. Those relationships are difficult to inspect when AI adoption is framed as a vendor or model decision.
HALO Engine turns intent into deterministic diagnostic inputs. It asks what the organization expects AI to do, what may change, who retains authority and which controls must remain outside generative discretion.
